Director of Workplace Diversity
As GLEN's inaugural Director of Workplace Diversity, Davin established and leads GLEN's Diversity Champions Programme, Ireland's workplace programme supporting Irish employers benefit from the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.
Davin has almost 20 years experience of delivering social change in a wide range of equality and social inclusion contexts, including the enactment of Civil Partnership in 2011 and continuing progress to Civil Marriage for lesbian and gay people.
Davin has played key roles in a number of important social initiatives including the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities, LGBT Diversity and the Bray Drugs Task Force.
He holds degrees from the National University of Ireland in economics, political and the social sciences.
Diversity Champions Programme Officer
Eimear joined GLEN's Diversity Champions workplace team in 2013. Before returning to Ireland to take up her current role, Eimear received a postgraduate degree in European Politics and Cultural Studies at Georg-August Universität Göttingen, Germany.
Eimear has worked in a wide range of business, social and diplomatic sectors including an Expert Consultants Network in Berlin and Human Resources at Bank of New York Mellon. Eimear has also completed internships at the Embassy of Ireland, Berlin, and European Academy for Research, Minority Rights Institute in Bozen/Bolzano, Italy.
